School Mental Health Home

Welcome to School Mental Health

Why We’re Here

Life can be a lot sometimes. We know that our students and families deal with daily stresses that can feel overwhelming. Our goal is simple: to help you find your balance

Research shows that when we lower stress, our brains and bodies feel better, making it much easier for students to focus and enjoy learning. Our team uses proven, caring methods to help young people build resiliency which is the inner strength to bounce back from hard times with more confidence and better ways to cope.

How We Help

We offer a variety of support for children, teens, and families to help everyone in our community truly thrive. Our Psychiatric Social Workers are ready to meet you where you are.

We also know it "takes a village." That’s why we work closely with local partners to make sure you have access to a full circle of care for your emotional well-being.
